As we age, the amount of testosterone produced by the testes decreases starting at age 30. This causes an increase in fat storage (body fat), decrease in muscle mass and bone density, decrease in muscle strength, decrease in sex drive, erectile dysfunction, fatigue / lack of energy, lack of concentration, memory lapse and depression.
